About me
Lindsey Balogh, JD, LCSW-C is an attorney-turned-social worker who has been with the Maryland OPD since July of 2019 where she is currently assigned to the Mental Health Division. Lindsey earned her BA from Washington University in St. Louis (2007) and both her JD (2010) and MSW (2016) from University of Maryland, Baltimore. Lindsey is a member of the OPD Social Work Research Development Team, which aims to cultivate effective research methods and identify best practices for research among fellow social workers. Lindsey is also a part of the OPD Government Relations Team where she advocates for legislation that protects the rights of individuals with behavioral health concerns.
